Root Canals

We love to save your teeth! Whenever possible, we will help you save every tooth that can be saved. That sometimes means that we recommend root canal therapy. 

Why would you need root canal therapy? If a tooth is injured or if decay has reached the inner part of the tooth, it will probably need a root canal to preserve it.

How a Root Canal Is Done?

First, the top of the tooth is opened, just like when you get a filling. Then the soft tissue inside the tooth is cleaned out and the canal leading to the tip of the root is smoothed.
